Important Do you service individual apartments or homes?

No. Sticky’s partners directly with apartment communities, multifamily properties, and businesses through property-wide service agreements. We do not offer one-off pickup for individual residents or homes.

What is valet trash service?

Valet trash is doorstep trash collection for apartment communities. On scheduled pickup days, residents set approved bagged trash outside their door, and a uniformed Sticky’s crew collects it and takes it to the property’s dumpster or compactor area.

Residents skip the walk to the dumpster, and the property keeps breezeways, walkways, and trash areas cleaner.

How often do you pick up?

Pickup frequency is set property by property. When we build your service plan, we recommend a schedule based on your community’s size, layout, and resident needs, and your property team shares the pickup days with residents.

Which areas do you serve?

San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding Central Texas communities, including New Braunfels, Schertz, Universal City, Converse, and Live Oak. Don’t see your city? Request a quote and we’ll let you know if we can support your property.
