Valet trash is doorstep trash collection for apartment communities. On scheduled pickup days, residents set approved bagged trash outside their door, and a uniformed Sticky’s crew collects it and takes it to the property’s dumpster or compactor area.

Residents skip the walk to the dumpster, and the property keeps breezeways, walkways, and trash areas cleaner.

Pickup frequency is set property by property. When we build your service plan, we recommend a schedule based on your community’s size, layout, and resident needs, and your property team shares the pickup days with residents.

Approved bagged household trash, set out at designated doorsteps. Container guidelines and set-out instructions are part of each property’s service plan and are shared with residents when the service launches.

Holiday and severe-weather scheduling is covered in your property’s service plan. If a pickup day needs to change, we coordinate with your property team so residents can be notified.
